Personal = Individuals are responsible for their own transportation. We recommend Uber.
Bus = A tour bus has been arranged and the fee is included in the Pilgrimage ticket. The bus will embark and dis-embark at Hilton Hawaiian Village.
Attendees will receive a full welcome packet including instructions and maps by January 31, 2020.
Cost: The cost of the pilgrimage is $600 US dollars per person, which includes the transportation & tours noted above. The costs for kama’aina is $490 per person; this does not include bus transportation. The cost of meals is additional and will be collected at each meal, except the luau in Kalaupapa which is included with the pilgrimage. There is no fee to enter Pearl Harbor National Park or for the Admirals Barge. If you ARE NOT TRAVELING TO KALAUPAPA, but are using the bus and attending the tours and pilgrimage events otherwise, please deduct $389 dollars from your amount due.

SIGNIFICANT CONSIDERATION: The rules of the Kalaupapa Settlement under Hawaii State Law DO NOT ALLOW MINORS (persons under the age of 18) to enter the Settlement. Please do not plan to accompany minors on May 9th to Kalaupapa. If you plan to bring minors to the pilgrimage, please note it in the Messages portion of the enrollment form below to receive special instructions.

How do I confirm my place in the Pilgrimage?
If you are ready for this experience, fill out the form below, and be sure to mail us your check or money order as soon as possible in order to secure confirmation of your place. The enrollment is limited to 35 persons.
How much do I pay?
The cost is $600USD, and includes the pilgrimage, tour & reception and the transportation to and from each from the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
For Kama’aina (locals in Hawaii), whom do not wish to use the bus transportation, please pay $490.
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31, 2019. If we have application without payment, we will attempt to contact you. On January 1, all non-payments will forfeit seats and we will begin taking any from the waiting list.

What is the process after that?
Upon receiving your form submittal, we will email you to confirm receipt of your enrollment, obtain your weight and DoB for the charter flight and Kalaupapa Entry Permit (for privacy security we do not want to collect that information over the web), and await your payment. Upon receiving your payment, you will be entered onto the roll of attendees, and receive our welcome packet with maps, directions, detailed instructions & helpful information.
